Le projet DIPOH : Le but de DIPOH est de pouvoir (fournir), et de promouvoir la santé, l’éducation, de fournir des abris et de parer à tous les besoins essentiels des orphelins et des enfants handicapés du pays. Les centres s’occuperont aussi des enfants atteints du sida et vers une amélioration de leurs santé.

(a) Public visé : Les enfants orphelins et handicapés de 0 à 10 ans qui dépendent de DIPOH, sont notre objectif. Cependant les enfants de 10 ans et plus vivant dans le centre continueront à bénéficier de l’aide nécessaire qui les mènera à une vie autonome.

(b) Les moyens : L’activité comportera un programme éducatif, sanitaire et social. L’éducation consistera à conseiller les enfants, leur donner une éducation à la santé ainsi que d’autres activités qui se dérouleront dans le centre.

 Les objectifs d’ASSON : Les objectifs de l’association sont :

Apporter assistance et éducation aux enfants orphelins en Afrique en général et au Nigéria en particulier

•Construire des centres d’accueil pour les enfants orphelins afin de leur offrir une chance de réussir leur avenir et leur vie future.

1. De pourvoir aux besoins des enfants orphelins et handicapés quelque soit leur milieu d’origine, leur race, religion et leur état de santé.

2. D’assurer la protection des enfants, des soins pour la santé et l’éducation des orphelins et des handicapés atteints du sida et de leur donner toute l’attention dont ils ont besoin.

3. De les diriger vers une adoption.

 ASSON is a non-profit and non-denominational organisation aimed at providing catering for the orphans, the handicapped through adequately equipped centres referred to as DIPOH (DIvine Providence Orphanage and Handicap Centre-Urualla Nigeria) of which the aims and the objectives are outlined hereafter. ASSON will set up and run such centres where the needs arise in Nigeria in particular and in Africa in general. 

 The Project DIPOH

The aim of the project: The mission of DIPOH is to provide and enhance the health, education, shelter, and meet the basic human needs of all the orphaned and the handicapped children in the Country. The centres will also provide for the HIV/AIDS afflicted children in a specific environment conducive for their recovery.

(a) The target: Our registered orphaned and handicapped children who are less than 10 years old are our target. However, children 10 years and above within the centre will continue to receive the necessary assistance to help them become autonomous in life.

(b) The main: The support activity will involve educational and welfare programs. The care activity will involve counselling, health and home based care programs.

OBJECTIVES

To meet the needs of orphaned and handicapped children irrespective of personal background, race, religion or health status.

To ensure that a high standard of care and a positive and life changing environment is made available to orphans and handicaps registered with DIPOH.

To promote child welfare, health care and education policies regarding the orphans and handicaps with HIV/AIDS-related illnesses and be a source of care to those children who have been left victims.

To integrate the orphaned children in the local community by fostering or adoption.

Vereinigung der nigerianischen Waisen ASSON (Association d’orphelins nigerians): eine Vereinigung nach französischem Recht in der Präfektur von Essonne registriert , unter der Referenznummer (W912002229). Sie wurde am 4. August 2009 gegründet. Diese Vereinigung ist weder religiös noch gewinnorientiert ausgerichtet, sondern hat als Ziel den Waisen und Behinderten Unterstützung zukommen zulassen, zumindest Aufenthalt in einem betreuten Heim wie DIPOH (Waisenheim der göttlichen Vorsehung und Zentrum für Behinderte URUALLA-Nigeria). ASSON nimmt sich vor, Zentren zu bauen und sie zu leiten, speziell in Nigeria, jedoch auch in Afrika generell.

Ziele:

- Waisenkinder und Behinderte mit dem Nötigsten versehen, unabhängig ihrer Herkunft, ihrer Rasse, ihrer Religion oder Gesundheitszustandes

- Schutz bieten, Medizinische Unterstützung gewähren (v.a. der HIV positiven Waisen- und behinderten Kinder), Gesundheitserziehung

- Unterstützung hinsichtlich einer Adoption.

 Zielpersonen: Waisenkindern und Behinderte von 0-10 Jahre, die eine Unterstützung/Wohnort benötigen, wie sie DIPOH bieten kann. Auch Kinder über 10 Jahre können in den Zentren weiterleben und weiterhin die nötige Hilfe bekommen um ein selbständiges Leben führen zu können. Der Kostenvoranschlag für das ganze Projekt belaufen sich auf 88'991,83 Euro (oder 18 Mio 155'180 Naira, die Währung in Nigeria). Um das Projekt zu realisieren haben wir leider noch nicht genügend Mittel und wir wünschen und nichts mehr, als Ihre finanzielle Unterstützung. Wir stehen Ihnen jederzeit zur Verfügung um Ihnen noch mehr Informationen oder Erklärungen zu liefern.
