Désirant être digne de notre vocation dans le mariage ou dans une vie consacrée à laquelle nous avons été appelés par notre Seigneur Jésus Christ. En tant que membres d’ASSON (L’Association d’Orphelins Nigérians et du centre de handicapés de la Divine Providence) nous nous engageons dans une vie de charité, de désintéressement et d’amour. Nous cherchons aussi à apporter un vrai amour de Dieu dans un monde déchiré (cf. : art de droit canonique n°211) Pour promouvoir la dévotion à Notre Dame de la Divine Providence et pour réparer les pêchés par nos actions caritatives. « Heureux celui qui s’intéresse aux pauvres » (Psaume 41 :1-3)

Desiring to be worthy of our vocation in marriage or consecrated life to which we have been called by our Lord Jesus Christ. As members of the “NIGERIAN ASSOCIATION OF ORPHANS (ASSON) and DIVINE PROVIDENCE ORPHANAGE AND HANDICAP CENTRE (DIPOH) we pledge ourselves to a life of charity, selflessness and love.

We also seek to bring the true love of God to a broken world (cf code of canon law n° 211). To foster the devotion to our patronage: “Our Lady of Divine Providence” and to make reparation for sins through our charitable works. "Happy Are Those Who Consider the Poor" Psalm 41:1-3)

It is our vision that the lives of all children and young people should be free from the blight of poverty and discrimination. Our purpose is to help the most vulnerable children and young people transform their lives and fulfil their potential. You can be part of this noble project in Nigeria- MR.UCHE OKEKE(Nigerian)

Just as disciples of Christ are called to spread the word—to seek and save the lost—so we are also called to seek and serve the poor. Both are part of what it means to follow Christ. Some Christians know this and in fact live such a life. But all too often the world dictates our priorities; serving the poor becomes an afterthought. Or maybe it becomes something we “outsource.” That is, though willing to donate money to worthy causes, we aren't personally involved with the poor.

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?” (Romans 8:35)

When we keep our lives free from the love of money, we will be in a much stronger position to be a source of spiritual and physical blessing to others. (Hebrew 13:5). These are some areas in which we can serve the God through the poor: Share your possessions with the poor, clothe the naked, adopt a child, invite the poor in your house, provide medical carefor the needy, feed the hungry, offer children foster care and help build a house for the poor.

I believe that serving the poor is very important to God! Because the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I (the Lord) command you, saying, You shall open your hand wide unto your brother, to your poor, and to your needy, in your land. (Deut 15:11) …remembering the words of the Lord Jesus who said, It is more blessed to give than to receive. (Acts 20:35) …give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loves a cheerful giver. (2Cor 9:7)

L'amour de Dieu nous pousse à manifester sa tendresse aux pauvres.

La mission est un DON accueilli gratuitement et partagé gratuitement. Toute la vie de l'apôtre doit dire la gratuité de Dieu.
